As we speak as a group we search and aks for various gameplay that is about how we can implement various gameplay and differentiate it with others. The conquar is a strategy game using AR technology which players will have to take over city and fortify it with their own armies. The website and the smartphone built in AR is combined to the two technology which is similar on what I wanted to make. Jack talks about public social gameplay and I talk about narrative. In this case building a team of players vs other team would be a the best idea for social. Now in terms of narrative, it would be the best to implement a reality film for this term. Cross-platform is the building skeleton that makes it dynamic and exciting for players. Progressive technology is not without its preliminary phase where it simply exists for the sake of existence. The narrative in its complex and attractive form has been available since knowledge as an artist's framing device.

Augmented Reality - advancing the gameplay system
The use of computer simulations is changing the very nature of scientific investigation (Casti, 1998).
These tools have been used for many ages to discover a lot of possibilities for various type of science.
In fields such as environmental science, where investigations are pro foundly rooted in the particulars of local context, augmented reality applications invite science educators to bring the environment into the investigation process while exploring phenomena impossible to produce in the real world. Many of these result in some of the most creative, engaging experiences imaginable, and as adherence grows so to will students of all ages. even a technology as seemingly straightforward as augmented reality has so much more potential embedded within it; classifying things within our field of view that we may or may not have already known is a drop in the ocean of possibilities. Imagine our everyday interactions and the paths we take through the world - the jumping from activity to activity; we're always limited by our immediate knowledge of our surroundings - held back by how unfamiliar we are with the details of our environment, but augmented reality changes that; the world around us swells with possibility provided our new insight into what is now and has always been available to us.

Studio V - Gathered Ideas
After our pitch with the lecturers, our concept is still on pending because they aren't sure about what we're going for with our project. "It needs to be specific" they said. Our idea about augmented reality is still broad which it could go in different ways of making it. Something about the game play system that conducts to our project making it something that is unique for our project. If we look upon the game that exists already most of it mixed it with other various technologies that they could implement on. Further discussion will go on next week.

Studio V - Project Ideas and Proposal
This is the start of the new proposition for our own creativity. We need to create our own project. As I put down the list of my ideas in a piece of paper I remember all those projects that I've done from the past 2 years in BCT and I realize that I focused on programming and gaming in the couple of years that I stayed. In terms of gaming I want to do something that is really interactive and very immersive to the new generation. Likewise in the technology now a days, there's still a bit of a challenge that needs to be addressed in order to put out a new kind of product/artefact that can be implemented in the market industry. What I wanted is to make an interaction with the digital world to the real world. These kind of context goes through the root of single term which is called Augmented Reality. There were several products that's is already been invented but still needs to be improved and precise to the idea and concept of why do we need this.

Project 3 - Reflective Statement
In this project, there we're some expectations and predictions which I thought during the start. I was expecting that I would gain more knowledge on mechanism in relation with modeling and physical aspects of an animatronic. My prediction in this project is that this project will have a deeper meaning in terms of putting your ideas into the character and attain a life form in the film. I wanted to become focus on my programming as well since I'm doing an all through out programming paper electives the whole year. I was fond of doing and making things become alive and move because it felt like I'm really creating an artificial life form. In the end of the process I kind of achieved what I was expecting and thought of improving myself in terms of physics so that making an animatronic alive would be more realistic. I love how how the group went well. We came together as a group and help each other out. When someone got stuck in their work, we all come and help so we could move on to the next task. I myself carried out like a leader but not to the point that I just point out what to do. I made a lot of decision for them even on the hard times because they knew I can act out fast when things go wrong and the time is already running out. I thanked the group for giving their best out in this project and I hope can work again with them in the future.

Project 3 - Conceptual Statement
We've done a structured brainstorming from the start where we did research from creatures that we had liked in the beginning. The idea was make an animatronic tentacle which it will bend from side to another. I like the idea of how it bends and the physical motion on how it works on the movies. During our development on our concept, we did a process where as we build the animatronic creature, the story also being made at the same time. Likewise it's a building towards the top. Since we were told about putting a story and character personality on it rather than the opposite of putting the story as it is from the animatronic creature being built upon every moment. I think it is more appropriate to do that kind of approach since a character creature should consider it's personality in order to decide what's going to be the movement of the animatronic creature. As the research came to the focal point, I told the group that we should do an animatronic plant. It would be the same from a moving tentacle and we could put a character into it which it would interact to human senses or the biological environment. On researching the movement of the tentacle, I saw some tutorials on how they did the bending of the tentacle. One good process if to make a fishing rod where the pulley pulls the wire connected to the skeleton of a tentacle where it's going to bend its body when the wires are getting pulled by the pulley. Step Motor is the most appropriate use for controlling the wires rotating clockwise and counter-clockwise. In terms of the character we also decided to make it more friendlier, getting out of the flower eating monster concept cliche. So the movement would be subtle and gentle rather than aggressive and mad. At all the cost we're going to buy all the stuff in order to get the animatronic plant creature to get it working.
